We help diagnostic and clinical laboratories to make their workflows smarter and more autonomous integrate instruments, and build robust QC and reporting pipelines.
We don't believe in over-engineered solutions or lengthy discovery phases. We work quickly, collaboratively, and iteratively to deliver value at every stage.
We immerse ourselves in your lab — understanding your workflows, pain points, data, and goals before any solution is proposed.
We co-design a tailored solution architecture that fits your science, your team, and your operational constraints.
We implement, configure, and validate your solution iteratively — keeping you involved at every step and adapting as we learn.
We stay with you post-deployment — monitoring performance, training your team, and continuously improving the solution.
We combine deep scientific domain knowledge with modern engineering capability — so we can work across both the physical and digital sides of your lab.
We understand the science, not just the software. Our team has hands-on bench experience across multiple laboratory disciplines.
From instrument drivers and automation scripts to cloud data pipelines and machine learning models — we build the whole stack.
We design for your real constraints — budget, team capability, regulatory environment — not for hypothetical future requirements.
We build solutions you can own, maintain, and grow — and we stay engaged to support your evolving needs over time.
"Help laboratories adopt the technologies of the future without getting lost in the complexity of implementation."
Too many labs invest in automation platforms that never reach their potential. Instruments sit underutilised. Data pipelines stall. AI projects fail to make it past proof-of-concept. We exist to close that gap — bridging scientific needs and engineering capability with practical, proven expertise.

A background that spans both software engineering and hands-on laboratory automation — across healthcare, clinical genomics, research, and biopharmaceutical labs.
I started this consultancy after spending many years watching laboratories struggle with the same problem: brilliant scientists, complex workflows, and powerful instruments — but too many disconnected systems, manual workarounds, and automation projects that never quite deliver their full value.
Over more than two decades, I've worked on everything from custom clinical integration systems and genomics workflow automation through to robotic liquid handling, instrument connectivity, scheduling platforms, data pipelines, analytics dashboards, QC tools, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.
I'm particularly interested in the space between wet lab operations and digital systems — where liquid handlers, instruments, scientists, data platforms, LIMS, ELNs, and reporting tools all need to work together. This is often where the biggest problems occur, but also where the biggest gains can be made.
My approach is practical and workflow-first. I don't believe automation should be added just for the sake of it. The goal is to understand the lab, identify where technology genuinely helps, and build solutions that improve quality, reduce manual burden, increase traceability and transparency, and make scientific operations easier to manage in general.
Today, I'm focused on helping labs modernise through automation, data science, integration, and AI-enabled tools — giving teams the confidence to adopt new technology without getting lost in the complexity.
Whether you have a specific project in mind or just want to explore what's possible, we'd love to hear from you. Describe your lab, your challenges, and what you're hoping to achieve — we'll come back to you with ideas.
